1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 7555et website accessible at 7555et.vip and all associated services, games, and features provided by 7555et.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on 7555et.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's account, including deposited funds and any credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives awarded to a Player by 7555et under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other accepted payment method.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 7555et. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is a violation of these Terms. 7555et reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts, and ban the Player permanently from the Platform.

4. Account Registration and Security

You agree to notify 7555et immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 7555et will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login details confidential. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features on your account.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

7555et may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including prior to approving a withdrawal request. Acceptable verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7555et currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7555et reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at its sole discretion and will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any such changes.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Player's account dashboard and may vary depending on the selected payment method and the Player's account status. 7555et reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to the Player's account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 7555et accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider's systems, network outages, or maintenance periods outside of 7555et's control.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by 7555et within one to three business days, subject to any applicable KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals will only be paid out to a payment method registered in the same name as the 7555et account. 7555et reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review.

5.5 Prohibited Transactions

The Platform must not be used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. Any deposit made without the genuine intention to engage in gaming activity on the Platform may be treated as suspicious and reported to the relevant authorities. 7555et reserves the right to reverse deposits and close accounts where prohibited transaction activity is suspected.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by 7555et are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to eligibility criteria and the specific welcome bonus terms published on the Platform at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per Player, per household, and per payment method.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times (as specified in the relevant promotion) before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived winnings are held as bonus funds and are not available for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the bonus offer, after which any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

7555et reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering with low risk to fulfil requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion with other players, or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently banned from the Platform.

7. Games, Betting, and Fair Play

7.1 Game Availability

7555et offers a wide range of online gaming and betting products, including live casino games, slots, crash games, sports betting, Texas Hold'em poker, and Mini Baccarat. The availability of specific games or betting markets may vary and is subject to change without notice. 7555et reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any game or market at any time.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7555et Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or attempting to maintain more than one account on the Platform.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players, including in poker or other multi-player games, to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or system glitches in any game or Platform feature for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards 7555et staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Allowing a third party to use your account, or using a third party's account, for any purpose.
• Attempting to reverse any transaction using a payment chargeback, dispute, or reversal request after using the deposited funds for gaming activity.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7555et Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all other materials, is the intellectual property of 7555et or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of 7555et.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7555et shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to losses from gambling activity, technical failures, or unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

7555et does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7555et's total cumulative liability to any Player, for any reason and in any form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Closure and Termination

A Player may request closure of their account at any time by contacting 7555et support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 7555et will process any eligible withdrawal of Real Money Funds remaining in the account, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

7555et reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, without prior notice, if 7555et determines that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if account closure is required for legal, regulatory, or risk-management reasons. In the event of termination by 7555et for cause, any balance in the account may be forfeited.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Player and 7555et should be submitted to the 7555et support team in writing at [email protected] as a first step. 7555et will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

7555et's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account verification, and the interpretation of these Terms shall be final and binding, subject to the good-faith dispute resolution process described above.
